Automatic delivery
With automatic propane delivery, our teams use computer modeling to estimate how much fuel you are likely to use based on your past bills and the current weather (measured in “degree days”); if you have recently become a Lansing customer, we will estimate your usage based on the local average for a home of your size and type.
Based on that estimate, your delivery will be scheduled when your tank is about one-quarter full. With automatic delivery, you’ll leave the managing of your propane deliveries to us so you can simply enjoy the warm comfort of your home. There is no charge for this service! You will also get priority delivery service over will-call customers – a big plus during severe Michigan weather.
Monthly payment plan
With Lansing’s monthly propane payment plan, we’ll take your average annual fuel use (or your neighborhood average, if you’re a new customer) and divide that cost evenly over 10 monthly payments. That means you’ll pay the same amount every month regardless of how much fuel you use. More predictable bills mean more peace of mind for you. There are no finance charges or fees for this plan.
We also offer Pre-buy payment option, which lets you lock in a price for your season’s fuel supply by paying for it in advance, and Price Cap protection, which (for a fee) sets a maximum price on your propane. You’ll never pay more than the capped price for your propane, but you could pay less – sometimes a lot less – if a market dip occurs.
